We're swamped. There's only 3 of us and none of us are full time. It's a hobby. Nothing gets deleted and we will get to submissions eventually, but you ought to see the backlog! There's 1,761 posts from Chris alone. In a couple of years I retire and then I can devote a more respectable number of hours to the site. Oh and there are two servers to be watered and fed, 100s of thousands of lines of code and hackers from Russia, China, Israel and one guy in Arizona (who I'm going to track down and punch on the nose one of these days)
