 The Steve Burns you have in your birthday pictures for October 9 is actually another Steve Burns, born March 4, 1956, in Evanston, IL. He was the actor who was in the series Centennial. The Steve Burns who was born on October 9, 1973, is the actor who was in the series Blues Clues.
