Subject: As Irishdaz said, being able to share and chat with others in ID has been one of the most positive advances in ID and that is something none of us want to loose. It is due to the majority of the board users, who provide valuable information, often with humour and mostly their great support of each other that makes running the boards worthwhile. As a parent of a dancer it has been a God send to know that other parents and their children have been there, done that, and lived to sell the t-shirts. It really has given it more a sense of community, to meet. greet and moan, with others involved in ID across the globe. We are not alone, lol.

Thanks to voy for giving us a platform, but special thanks to all who use the boards in the positive, inofrmative and supportive way you do and with such humour. Thanks also to the more 'official' personages of ID, teachers, ajudicators and such, for their input as well, clarifying and reminding us that they are human too, well most of them anyway, (hehe). We may not always be sucessful in clearing away the petty minded and mean spirited as quickly as we should, but we are trying and with so many sharp eyed and positive users, we are getting there. Thanks to so many of you for making the boards fun and for letting off steam (nicely in most cases) and especially for showing that we aren't all about backbiting and one upmanship, but we are about community. Long may we all reign.

CLRG is definately trying to improve its image, but that won't be helped by the behaviour of these individuals in trying to rrestrict any discussion they don't like by threatening the moderators -- freedom of speech, Sat, Sep 29 2007, 9:12:51 [1]
