it's only better to order online when you know exactly what you want, then there is the wait for delivery and if the item isn't right, having to send it back, the cost of which isn't always covered by the seller. And you can't browse the same way online, it's nice to physically pick things up and check them. When it comes to wigs and shoes, especially, they need to be tried on. I personally do buy a lot online and mostly from overseas because of price, but used to always wander round different vendors at feis and buy something I just like. Now with feis so often only having one vendor I don't bother. If what the other post says is true, then that is really bad. That one vendor can block others from a feis like that. Shame on feis organisers who go along with it. So much for parents ONCE AGAIN being allowed choice. Even the most oganised people can have problems on the day and need to use vendors, then we need choice. Money running ID? -- For the love of the dance
