watching Dr Phill. He has a panel of 4 lawyers and they are talking about a whole lot of things. He has a breathalyzer expert on.
One lawyer used Listerine, swished it around in his mouth for 5 seconds then spit it out and then blew into the breathalyzer. He blew 4.9. legally drunk.

A female lawyer sprayed breath spray into her mouth, then blew 4.9. Legally drunk.

Then another lawyer ate a hand full of breath mints and blew 0.00

Then one of Phils produccers volunteered to drink a shot of tequila an hour before the show. He blew 2.1

The only guy to drink alcohol blew under while the two who freshened their breath were legally drunk.
