that two people of absolutely unbelievable stupidity, can find each other and get married?

First, we have acouple who decided to tattoo black crosses on the hands of all of their children using a guitar string and a home made tattoo machine....

now...
a 3 year old boy was found wandering more than a mile from his house in the middle of the night. A tow truck driver foudn him. The boy's dog was with him. The freaking parents are getting rid of the dog so this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

HOW F*&^ING RETARDED ARE SOME PEOPLE???????????????????
