"Car Guys" and "Bean Counters" run car companies. If you look back through the years, the most success they achieve is when the car guys have the final say. Ford has that now. That, and the fact that they make cars people want, AND turned down any bailout money, is working now. High quality products and a good image never hurt any company.

GM is run by bean counters and Chrysler can't seem to find anything that works, and continue to make junk cars and trucks, and yes, junk Jeeps too.

Ford people will look at offers from other companies, but I hope they stay put, and use their success to bargain for more money where they are.
