So this paddle hung in the garage if you had one. You, John or Mike ever get spanked in the garage or was it always in your bedrooms then? Hanging in garage then neighbors and everyone could see it, alot of people comment about it and your dad's means of discipline to you three boys?
Did any of you boys ever try to hide the paddle while growing up in hopes dad wouldn't have it to use?
I can see then your dad wasn't long in pre-spanking lecture and wanted to get right to the seat of trouble-your butts right away. My dad is like that when I he has to give me a paddling, too. No time to waste, 'let's git'r done' he always just about says, and I would just as soon get it over with too.
So you, Mike and John it sounds like wouldn't be allowed to the after the spank "dance" if your dad wanted you guys into the corner right away, correct? If you would have you think it would have earned you extra swats? When I was younger and did this my dad allowed it both ways, but as I grew older I too think it is a 'little boy' thing and avoid doing!
I have no brothers or sisters, so growing up crying during and after spankings was never an embarrassment, but I know where your thoughts are on this matter. A guy wants to be macho about this, even if he had little or older brothers!
You mentioned friends got spankings while growing up with you, were their dad's into using a paddle or belt and they tell about what they did to earn spankings for? Why would some kids be more amazed about your spankings, then perhaps what they might have gotten themselves? Everyone were from military families so, didn't dad's punish about in the same way?
Did any of you three brothers get spankings with these military neighbor friends, if so what for and did you get spanked together by your dads or separate at home, etc.? Any given at school or just at home?
Did your dad ever say why when you got older and had been spanked with the hairbrush, why then he would be giving spankings from then on with the paddle? It sounds like he set an age limit for 9 or l0 above for the paddle, but below it was the hairbrush. You think your dad spanked longer with the hairbrush to get his message across to you and when the paddle came into use he gave less swats?
