Date Posted: 04:02:11 12/15/10 Wed Hello all: Just been busy, which is a nice problem to have in this day and age. We are actually working O.T. so I took yesterday and today off to do some holiday shopping, for I fear I will not get another opportunity and Sunday's in the stores here is just crazy. Autumn- I have been doing okay. Though I fear not keeping a balance between work and having a personal life. But what can one do in this day and age, either work or go without, there are just not jobs out there. My friend I have not seen much, mostly because of work, but also because we have drifted some. Last I saw him, he still did not seem himself. Or what I thought he was from my perspective. Could be age or what took place 5 yrs. ago that changed him permanently. He has change professions. Seems to be searching for something, from what I have gathered when we have talked. But it is hard to just get personal time with him cuz we really only see each other during guy activities with the group and that is really not a good time to talk. Though some of the other guys initially said that he had changed alot, back when we first noticed the change. Nobody really says much and pretty much accepts the change. But I think I am the only one who really knows what happened with him, so it keeps mee concerned about him, where other guys don't know. I think I"m the only one he has confided in. Earman- I am so sorry to hear about your accidnet. You have had your share of missfortune for a lifetime in a very short time. I feel for you. One thing I was told by my mentor who picked me up during one of my down episodes was, Okay what di d you learn from this. And how could I apply it in the futuer. I had alot of issues when I was young. And he got me to look at what the common denomonator was and once i learned that my life began to change and got better. He told me not to look at the hrudles in life as mountains, but oportunites to learn and grow. I know its hard, especially what you've been through, but I feel you can overcome it and once you do, you can look back on that accomplishment. I am praying for you. Lil Irish-How is your new envioronment. Appleton right? Are you still there? Has it been positive? How is the little man? Billy right? Okay, I've rambled. Have a great holiday season all. and Autmn we are coming up on another event here with the winter soltice right? Love you teaching forums and some of the stories and lore that you share surrounding them. Looking forward to this up coming one.
