Subject: Frank made a comment about seeing in the new Denise the person he fell in love with. Much has been said about Frank's treatment of Denise but somewhere along the line she lost that which he fell in love with and became the person whom we first met on AW. Some people lose themselves when in a relationship and become an extension of their significant other. I wonder how much of this was Frank's doing? Could it be that Denise herself decided to give up her career and become Mrs. Frank Sherwood the perfect wife and mother? Or did circumstances the mobility of army life cause her to pull the plug on her nursing ambitions and as motherhood came along she slowly lost her drive and focused on family life?

And it could be possible they had to move to a new duty station shortly after getting married, so she then focused her enegies on being a wife & later a mom. Our military creates many strong male leaders They are Alpha, strong, the kind who are followed into battle. My son included. This take charge personality does not stop when they get home from work. They need a strong woman to help them and at times reign them in.
