Subject: She does seem older than her years, I agree. She always did seem older. But I still don't think it's good to take in a teenager until you really know and understand teenagers in general, and troubled teenagers in particular. It is sure a whole 'nuther world. That's just a personal thing from one who has taken in older foster children, including one named Lawrence (Little Larry in our house). Now I'm straying too far from the conversation! This part of the storyline hits particularly close to home with me, so I probably shouldn't speak to it, sorry.
