I read it and I disagree with you completely. First, the matter concluded with a Consent Order - meaning the parties settled, and it has NO effect on any other entity but the parties involved. Second, it is a Consent Order through the Federal Trade Commission of the US - which has NO jurisdiction over organizations outside the US. Third, that Consent Order, even if it DID apply, deals only with solicitation of skaters by other coaches. I am not Scottish (American) but seeing your post made me pause to actually read what you were on about. Unless you are in a position to say that WIDA is getting ready to convince the FTC that it should oversee litigation between two internationally-based organizations that have (at best) limited ties, then this entire post is meaningless.

Also you have free will to join any organisation but by joining an organisation you agree to behave by their rules.... same as any sport.
