| Subject: This really upsets me and maybe someone can help me to understand. After looking at the photos and bios posted on the Mrs. America website I have noticed that there are definitely two women at this point who have lied about their careers. One lady was fired from her job around two years ago and continues to staete that she is still employed with this company. What is up with the dishonesty??? | |

The recent former Mrs. America who left her husband and children for another married man shows everyone what some of the people in the pageant are all about...making themself look good and being unable to face the consequences of their actions. I find it interesting though that of the posts related to this particular topic people are jumping on the hush-hush bandwagon when usually people are wanting to get the full scoop on things. Kind of makes you think that there's something to hide here and someone's afraid of it coming out. Bottom line though - a voy is NOT a place to resolve something this serious especially if it means that a lady who is being dishonest gets crowned not only at state but then also at nationals (this is putting the wrong person in a rolemodel position - a representative of their STATE - where they have no business being if they can not get there fairly or truthfully, and it's stealing from others who rightfully belong there). If someone knows for a fact that this is happening it needs to be addressed the right way and through the right chanels which are the directors and the national office. | |
