| Subject: As someone who works in the research field this was not a con-artist situation. Working with regulated experimental devices by the FDA is hard enough, and understanding the marketing and labeling even more confusing. As I said above, if they didn't have a good FDA attorney or regulatory people this can happen, and does, to many small start up companies. I do not think this is a poor reflection on Kellie or her husband. It was simply a bad business mistake. | |
