Subject: Thank you!!! The lead in word is "beautiful" so at least in my world usually that is the controlling descriptor. But you are right it's vague and allows for a wide range of choices.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and the job description is left wide open. This allows the women and the directors to define it for themselves. Just a though.
