:a snort passed out of the nostrils of the beast.his ebon hooves went unseen 'neath heavy feathering on sinewy legs of ivory.the feathers that flew wildly were a melting pot of colors;gold,orange,and strawberry reddened.he drew up his powerful appendaged 'neath his body,all four hooves off the ground for a second,then pounding the lithosphere once again.when the sun dared a glint on his pallid pelt,it appeared blackened.at milisecond intervals when the firey mane lifted free of it's invisible bonds,if you looked quick enough,a blood red rose would've been seen.his neck arched with poise and he slowed his gait,sensing a worthy female within the area.his ears swiveled atop the skull,finally determining the point where she stood.he covered the seperating ground quickly,coming to a total stop a small distance in front of her.his muzzle twisted into a wicked grin,yet doing nothing to his stunning features.one ear pricked forward,while one was focused on the other stallions.his charmingly emerald green eyes were almost veiled by the forelock of ethereal fire."i'm dark shadow.who might you be?"he asked abruptly,then stood as still as a stone,not even breaking a sweat from the run he completed:
