] Date Posted: 07:17:23 07/29/10 Thu The website http://www.missmaine.org/ has not been updated other than to say "Congratulations to Arikka Knights, our new Miss Maine 2010 and Marybeth Noonan, the new Miss Maine's Outstanding Teen!!" and have one photo of each. I've heard rumors that 2011 Miss Maine contestants will need to win prelims to enter and other rumors saying that contestants will still be able to enter at-large.
