Subject: Northern Maine Pageant
Author: Coming Soon! [ Edit \| View ]	Date Posted: 07:31:55 04/20/09 Mon Contestants are being sought for the 2009 Miss Northern Maine Pageant. Girls and young women between the ages of four and 25 are invited to compete in one of five age categories. They will participate in an Opening number, Evening gown and Speech Competitions. In addition, they can choose to compete in Talent, Modeling and Photogenic Competitions. Trophies will be awarded in the different competitions, and overall titles will be handed out in the five age categories. It's a great opportunity for a young women to get on-stage experience, and possibly earn a pageant title. The pageant will be held Saturday, May 9 at the Caribou Inn and Convention Center in Caribou. CMN? -- Please click in., 09:49:04 07/23/10 Fri Regarding the Children's Miracle Network requirement, it is a Miss America Organization requirement that each contestant raise $100 for each local pageant they compete in and an additional $250 to compete at the state pageant. If a contestant competes "at large', she has to raise $350 to compete in the state pageant.
