[> Subject: I don't know for fact, but I'm assuming they did not take on the Mrs. portion due to Heather's involvement as Mrs. Maine America. Mrs. America is VERY stringent about their titleholders only supporting Mrs. America, and they will "shun" you for competing/directing/being involved in other Mrs. systems.
