Okay. My point is this:
If there's this old Joe's Burger Shoppe in Building A, and they win some sort of award for the best burger in the 'league' or whatever...when the building is sold to another eatery decades later, do the awards stay on the wall there? I mean...twenty years of customers are coming through there, building memories, right?
These teams are businesses...individual organizations.
The Seawolves are gone. And their awards have nothing to do with this new team. And I don't think we should keep all the fans who can't move into the present all warm and fuzzy looking at all the accomplishments of something that doesn't exist anymore.
