He watched as the crimson color rose to her cheeks and he tried to keep his smile back. She was absolutely adorable when she blushed. But the moment was ruined by the sound of the approaching train's whistles. Well, that was just terrible. He could tell by her stance that she didn't want to leave, but that this train was indeed hers. At her next words, he did smile. "For some reason, my darling, I find the thought of someone with you beauty still being single very, very unbelievable. However, I think its bloody ace." He smiled that wide and charming smile again. She somehow was making him forget every troubled thought about Karen that had been tearing at his heart only a few moments before.

Hmm...a kitten? That was just darling. He loved members of the feline family. But suddenly he saw the mournful look in her wide hazel eyes and knew that the train had pulled up, its door open and waiting for her to enter it. Drake felt the pressure that she applied as she squeezed his hand and walked towards the train. He watched the way she seemed to float on the concrete for a few moments before quickly walking to catch up with her, stepping into the train beside her. He placed his hand softly upon her shoulder. "Please call me Drake. And I hope you don't think me too forward Miss Addison, but would you allow me to accompany you to your house? I would be completely angry with myself if anything happened to you on your way home. I would just like to see you safely to your door if that would be alright with you?"
