Have and Have Nots has occurred because of choice, by not taking the opportunity.
As a list manager you need to take the chance when the opportunity arises

Some of those Ruckmen are still on an AFL list, others aren't.

Sharks have had numerous opportunities to have taken a ruckman, but have chosen not to.

Also, I have left out trades that have been made during this time where Ruckmen have been involved.
Trading is important for TEAM Balance.

Every coach here on SUPERLEAGUE has had the opportunity to pick up Ruckmen.
If you don't take that opportunity, the better teams are not at fault.
