    There are different situations for different events. At a pageant the competitors are in evening gowns and the title holders look out of place in these photos. When a local title holder puts her crown and sash on she represents the local, state and sponsors. There is a big difference in how casual this year has become. (NT)No name07:54:22 01/06/15 Tue
