Thoughts on tonight from the show: the talent is nothing to get excited about, I was disappointed to say the least. Was unimpressed by the dancers and the choice of music. Negative Nelly. I thought it was very entertaining and if the girls can't take the easy question from a former Miss NH then they shouldn't be the one to go to Miss America. End of story. As far as Sarah goes, she is a shapely girl. She isn't all skin and bones. Who do you think? There was another girl that was in great shape but she posed so many times I thought there was something wrong. Also the silly pony kick that went out of style in 2000. Please stop doing it. I was shocked as well, although the winner is talented, she does not have the "look" for Miss America, the first runner up is a seasoned competitor and has more of the Miss America look. IMO, I wish the winner well however if you notice when she walked back on stage to the girls, pretty much no one ran up to her immediately. I was surprised by the top 5 i though Crossland would have a spot in it as well, but wipff, and mousseau. There's nothing to read into. If you watched the latest WMUR footage the girls DID in fact run up to her. Look at her twitter/ facebook. Not to mention this is her FIRST year competing in NH so maybe they just don't know her as well because they've all been competing with each other for years. So laughable that people are saying she won't make top 15 at Miss America when SHES THE ONLY ONE CROWNED SO FAR. No basis. Embarrassing. I'd also like to bring up the comment on her pictures on the Miss NH Facebook page..someone with the last name "Glickman" said she wasn't the prettiest or something like that. Rude. Not only does that woman look like a bitter old lady but it makes Devenn and her family (mom's a local director people!!!) look bad. I wish this young lady luck this year.
