Subject: The judges 1st 100 starts it off and 2nd, 3rd so on. I think it would be harder to follow if it was numerical order. Generally the placements are close together at the top of the board so u can follow top 5, if it was numerical you couldn't do that.

  • Back in the late 90s and early 2000s, they gave the scores from the second and remaining judges in order of how the competitions numbers appeared on the screen from judge 1. Example- judge 1 have number 6 100 pts, judge 2 gave them 20pts, that score was called out first for judge 2s results (NT) -- Retired, Tue, Apr 15 2025, 21:14:09
