Whatever weird animosity you have towards open platform, sort it out. Open platform does allow all levels to compete at their levels but nobody calls them beginner world champions, it’s the teachers that use that phrase for marketing.

They’re simply called beginner champion etc at the event. WIDA for example don’t even do that, they have a grade feis attached to worlds and it’s advertised as a grades feis that’s separate but allows non open dancers to experience the worlds atmosphere. Nothing wrong with that either.

Most OP use qualified adjudicators. I know WIDA do, CRDM usually do, CRN do.

People go to OP because they want nothing to do with CLRG and its toxicity, toxicity that you are so blatantly an example of.

To the original poster enquiring, OP is a lot more friendly and inviting. Is the top standard on par with the top standard of CLRG? No. But that’s okay, as dancers transfer that standard will go up. People tend to be much happier making the switch. But the standard is still pretty good and you’ve some amazing dancers in OP.
