Cnrg had proper flooring covering the whole stage so nothing to do with the venue! Cnrg regularly sweapt the stage and re- taped any edges that came up.
This is my 5th worlds and there were no more slips than normal!
My dancers said the flooring was great and not slippy at all.
Majority of slips have nothing to do with the flooring, its down to dancer error
