God, I hope you got his Lic #, if it is a good one. I think clowns who do that should be strung up by their clusters. Wannabes are bad enough, you used to hear occaisionally about some idiot with a dashlight. Now they are going to FULL MARKED. There are so many different kinds of police agencies these days even the real police don't have time to check every e-vehicle that passes. Amazing. I'm afraid to think where it will all end.
