Subject: Hey dumb@#%, I believe he was referring to big blocks when he said "BB", and all 383's and 440's were big blocks, along with 361's, 400's, 413's, and 426W's. You sir are a moron, 'cause a 383 is NOT an "RB" series engine anyway! HA! Do you even know what "RB" stands for? And what series was a 383 Mr. know it all? The fact of the matter is, you CAN bolt a 440 head on a "B" engine, you are not anywhere near as smart as you think you are. A 383 Magnum (or Super Commando in Plymouth talk) was nothing more than a 383 w/440 heads. The difference is in deck height and obviously a wider intake to make up for this on the "RB" engines.
