The fact of the matter is, you CAN bolt a 440 head on a "B" engine, you are not anywhere near as smart as you think you are. A 383 Magnum (or Super Commando in Plymouth talk) was nothing more than a 383 w/440 heads. The difference is in deck height and obviously a wider intake to make up for this on the "RB" engines.
