I like the mentoring aspect but not the newbie title. It's rare for a newcomer to be ready to win her first local but it can happen	they will learn from every pageant they do	09:47:36 02/21/14 Fri
Some great ideas! I think it's SO important to always be reaching out to new ladies. I think newbie titles are good, but not necessary. Sometimes girls gain experience and pageant skills by competing ina few locals. I LOVE it when a new girl can win on her first try! No one is saying that new contestants should never win, but that they are less likely to win.
