I think each prelim should offer 1 newbie title and have a mentoring program to help the new girls acclimate to this pageant system. A lot of new girls are hesitant because the paperwork and competition can be intimidating. Great way to keep new girls coming in!

I like the mentoring aspect but not the newbie title. It's rare for a newcomer to be ready to win her first local but it can happenthey will learn from every pageant they do09:47:36 02/21/14 Fri
