Felt Claire Butler could have come out a winner. She had a mike issue for her talent and think that threw her a bit. She probably should have taken the opportunity to sing again. She should not get discouraged and go forward. Still needs to work on that walk it is strange and needs to flow better but overall the girl is breathtaking and talented. Laura Jones is just a darling and a phenom on that fiddle! she looked beautiful too think this could be her year for overall win. Ashley was Ashley talent flawless, swimsuit always good. She should not lose anymore weight than where she is RIGHT NOW it looked great. She gets way too thin for state and it always exaggerates her face to a point of hollowness. Kyle: She looked fabulous in swimsuit and evening gown. She speaks well. Her talent is just a HUGE stumbling block. She is just not a dancer it's never going to get her more than a local. She is BUILT for USA system!! Talia : Wow what a surprise. The girl sings so well. Talent gown beautiful but very teen and she should never wear her hair back like that. Decent in swimsuit! Teen: Abby : cute as always and talent is fun her gown is such a stunner she will be top at teen again Bailey: No surprise she is a beautiful girl and her talent is such fun to watch she is a great performer. She will be at the top of teen too Logan; She does not impress besides being somewhat pretty. Very pretty but talent is really bad The pageant ran so so so long. I will never understand why those hosting don't read scripts and know how to pronounce things before hand. Why are the judges bios soooooo long and why must they be read by the hostess who can't pronounce half of them. Djuan Trent looked stupid most of the night. She had never heard of Brandeis university. It was embarrassing and painful to watch her try to read and be funny. April wan't funny either and she appeared not to be able to read either. A SHORT but adequate bio for the judges as a highlight is fine. The chapters for each that is clearly printed in the program is not necessary. The entertainment is NOT needed. It was so loud it was almost intolerable. Just one or two songs at most but just not needed. There was an audible groan from the audience when they came on for the last time. Way to loud and way off key. Also why do directors insist on using evening gown music with a song being sung that the contestants have to fight over when answering their questions. Just use music for background it's very frustrating to try to listen to an answer when there is all that background singing. Over all it's a great turn out and great contestants and well run pageant.
