Tja.

Ich war doch nach der Grippe abstinent wegen erhöhter, kardiovaskulärer Gefahr, die jeder Mensch danach hat.

Fein, war ich vernünftig.

Was finde ich nun raus?

Das Vitamin D, dass ich gesprüht habe und beim Absetzen vermutlich mein Herzstolpern verursacht hat, bleibt im Körper monatelang gespeichert und erhöht den Magnesiumbedarf (und noch ein paar andere Sachen).
Ich hab ja jetzt wieder Ruhe und alles ist in Balance™️, anscheinend hat sich das durch die Ernährung wieder eingependelt, aber...

Was würde Magnesium ausschwemmen und dadurch wieder Probleme verursachen?
Genau, Alkohol.
