Subject: South Dakota and I'll tell you why..... rarely do you see a contestant compete once and never again. They're loyal from teen through Miss. AND they have tons and tons of formers attend the state competition every year and many state and local titleholders continue to volunteer with the system. So much pride in that state.

I read your South Dakota comments, but what does that have to do with the state program?What do repeat contestants and visiting formers have to do with the program book?
