forgive my ignorance, but is the winner the "bully" that was discussed on here for a long time? (NT) | No name (c-71-224-93-126.hsd1.pa.comcast.net/71.224.93.126) | 17:36:57 06/22/25 Sun |

There is still ongoing litigation, and none of the accusations have been proven in a court of law. If a single unresolved civil matter can threaten the integrity of an entire program, perhaps the program has already fallen too far to recover, and the titleholder is not the real problem. It is also worth noting that messages can be spoofed, and Victoria has filed a defamation suit against those spreading false claims. An organization led by someone facing legal issues of their own should think twice before casting judgment. (NT) | No name (NoHost/2.59.157.8) | 14:46:15 06/23/25 Mon |

All BS aside, is there now (or ever was) any verdict on the restraining order? If not, why the long gap between the case being filed and now? I have no interest in this matter, but would like to see some facts rather than those given by interested parties. There was a former teen contestant who had moved up into Miss in 2019 where Victoria victim shamed the young woman for being raped. The mother of the Teen has already previously spoken out about Victoria's bullying tactics snd how Victoria targets anyone she deems a threat to her winning. She should have been removed from MPSF 6 years ago when that happened, but her aunt is a big donor and money talks. Did we mention Victoria's aunt has been on fundraising committees while Victoria has been competing under the same ED and she continues to ignore the situation? Look in past program books. It is listed. When there are atleast 7 woman who have experienced the bullying, it's a problem. A bully should not be rewarded for their behavior. What the PA ED has allowed to occur is appalling. | PC (145-140-197-169.clients.gthost.com/169.197.140.145) | 11:45:51 06/24/25 Tue |

You all need to watch what you say about Victoria. She is going to Miss America whether you like it or not. (NT) | No name (infong479.perfora.net/74.208.56.182) | 19:08:45 06/24/25 Tue |
- I think we need to wait for all the facts to be revealed, but I believe this is the first time in history we have a Miss State who had a restraining order filed against her by another contestant. If there is truth to what's happened, then she should lose her crown. But we need facts. Right now, it's she said/she said. We need the other victims to come out and not just be "anonymous" accusers. If they feel strongly enough about her not representing their state, then they'll work up the courage to identify themselves and make their accusations public. Otherwise, with the only accuser on record being a girl who no longer competes, it'll be hard to prove any of this (NT) -- No name, 20:07:29 06/24/25 Tue (NoHost/100.17.37.204)
- People on here talk and gossip about national titleholders regularly. Why would you expect a state titleholder with ongoing litigation against her to be any different? (NT) -- No name, 20:55:52 06/24/25 Tue (syn-098-146-192-217.res.spectrum.com/98.146.192.217)

- Anyone speaking the truth need not watch what they say. It is their right to shout from the mountain tops of their experience. Heck anyone who has proof should take it to the media (NT) -- No name, 22:47:12 06/24/25 Tue (NoHost/104.28.77.178)

No one is saying Victoria is perfect. But in this case, action must have been taken out of caution, not evidence, or else it would not be ongoing. She had a reputation for being unkind to some candidates, without proof. That kind of label can make someone an easy target. She was a contender for years, and now she is accused of texting death threats from her own number. Would she really risk it all in such a traceable way? Most teens know how to block a number. It does not add up. If we are weighing reputations, we should also look at the accuser. She has competed in multiple states and systems. Is she known to cause drama? Could this have been manufactured? If we question one, we have to question the other. Before anyone calls this speculation, remember that all of it is. If someone has proof, bring it forward so we can deal with facts. Taking her crown fixes nothing. That is why there is a legal process. From the outside looking in, this situation is far from black and white. (NT) | No name (NoHost/212.15.83.197) | 14:56:33 06/25/25 Wed |

I am so happy that Abigail Bachman won Miss Nevada and Courtney Bearer won Miss West Virginia. Both ladies grew up in PA, are nice and not bullies. It gives us 2 worthwhile PA Queens to root for! | No name (108-137-75-38.clients.gthost.com/38.75.137.108) | 17:50:35 06/27/25 Fri |

I have always believed that where there is smoke there is fire. So I think something definitely happened. But looking at the crowning it seemed that the other contestants were very happy for her. (NT) | No name (long01cpe14-37.tx.cablelynx.com/206.255.13.37) | 00:33:56 06/28/25 Sat |

This comment is to all of you who competed for Miss PA this year. You are all just as guilty that a serial bully like Victoria was allowed to compete and win the state title. Some of you were victims of her horrible behavior and yet you still went back to compete. My question is why in your right mind would you want to compete in a system that has clearly failed all of you. It was very clear and obvious that the Miss PA Board cares so little about any of you since they have blatantly ignored all of your complaints. You should of all of just said enough is enough and walked away, Then maybe the board might of listened to you and took you seriously. For those of you who did walk away after last year, I applaud all of you, but for those of you who went back thinking that you were all going to get a fair shot and think that MAO is the only system on the earth, that is all on you for not standing up and taking control of this mess.
