The judges absolutely got it right. I also liked PA and CA in SS; NC, SC and NE in gown. NY was straight 10s in talent - soooo good! I don't remember much of else except I thought MA's monologue was powerful and thought MO was a very pleasing performer. -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
