Kuykendal cannot sue since he lost the patent rights when NG bought him out.

He can testify as an expert witness that the clubs now being stamped with the patent number he obtained, are not by design the clubs convered under the patent.

He needs a third party who has bought these fraudulent clubs to make the complaint, since I'm not stupid enough to have bought any of these sticks, that leaves me out!

Got that now?
