You better take a look at Moe's left wrist past impact. It does unhinge and his elbow does start to fold very soon after impact.


SA = single axis, better understood as single plane

The drill done properly does make you swing almost identically to Moe. It could be that you don't understand the drill properly. I know I did not at first.

It is an automatic process. When you setup SA and try to cut the grass in both directions, you will get a natural swinging motion. This is what Moe has, "a natural swinging motion". The swing is ONE SWING, not twenty different pieces. It is so easy it is laughable.
