I list female leaders of developed and developing countries.

Current CEO of Hewlett Packard is a woman who has steadily risin in position, never been knocked back by men.

Why do the female leader types of other countries not apply in any way to PNG? They cannot exist because of our culture is that really a truth of the matter?
