Culture is not. Equity of participation yes! Toughness yes. In the 21st century women or anyone who seek the high offices in the public and private sectors or want to lead must earn it and show their ability to exercise strong leadership and managers of human beings with varying interests. They will not be given anything just because they are women or they come from disadvantage districts. The law is yu nap yu holim wok, yu inap, na ino ken singautim long kisim wok. Others will excell by themselves outside established institutions. These are achievers! Em tasol!
