These words sound funny although I have no idea if I pronounce them right!))
In English the most common are "peepee" or "willie", but these are for the very young. A nine or ten-year-old would not say that, he would rather say "privates", "dick" or "balls". Keep in mind, however, that "pee pee" is not limited to the male genetalia. Little girls also refer to their "parts" as "pee pee," so the term is not gender specific.
This is an Australian experience though.
