Hmm can't say that I agree 100% with all that. For instance, how on earth you going to protect Taco design? It does not require you to make some specific mods to CC's analogue board (i.e. some specific knowledge that Smithfamily could not discover by themselves).

Taco is simply about taking one mac internals and putting it in a different case. There's no way you can protect it from being used commercially.

Besides I cannot see what's wrong with it - if someone making all the job (making it available for the people that are not able to that sort of mods by themselves but still like CC) - then why shouldn't he be paid for what he does? I mean it's like numerous tiny computer companies - assembling PCs - doing the same sort of thing.

I will allow to use my work for whatever purpose you want it to - commercial or not.
