If the dancer lives in WR that's the O they dance even if their school is in another region. If you're referring to who I think you are, it's legit. The dance school is in Mid-America but the dancer lives in WR so they dance at WRO. The rules are a little different for college students I believe. -- Western U.S. Region Irish Dance 250192
