Hey Jack, Honey you perfectly welcome to join in the conversation. I'm glad you found this touching. I did too. On top of being one of the best looking men, I've ever known, Mr. Allen was one of the best teachers I've ever known as well. He could have brushed me off when my feelings were hurt, or he could have laughed at me and made me feel stupid. But he was kind and patient instead. He is still teaching. I think every student he had thought he was awesome. My oldest son and my daughter have both had him and they thought the world of him. I hope he is still teaching if and when I have grandchildren going to school.
