My last bare bottom spanking, as I related in another post, was in fifth grade by our class female teacher. I think that bare bottom spanking was only allowed in elementary schools up to that grade where it happened, with few exceptions like phys ed teachers in the locker room where the boys were already naked anyway in some junior high or maybe high schools.
I never heard of or knew of teen kids in those grades being spanked bare by ordinary teachers. The only exception I knew of was from some friends in their early teens who went to a special school for out of control boys where discipline was strict who were always spanked bare in the principal's office.
