It seems to me that she thinks she was bad girl and deserved a spanking from her momma. Stealing under any circumstances is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. I was only sharing my view of what she did to earn her punishment. What she got sounds to me like consensual adult DD, and a spanking is always the right answer.
