 I only spank her when she misbehaves. Self-discipline is not always her strong suit, so she earns a spanking from time to time. Her misbehaviors are real, not contrived, and the spankings I give her are also real and strictly disciplinary.

She does not like spankings but understands their value. I don't think she would have consented to them otherwise.

When I say that DD is effective and works for us, I mean it clears the air between us and encourages her to act better in the future. A good spanking serves not only as a punishment but also as a deterrent to future misbehavior.
