 My family and extended family occupied several neighboring houses, and the children rushed freely in and out of them all. That meant that all the adults had spanking authority, and some of the males I thought took an other-than-paternal interest in my body as I matured.
But the worst was a truly perverted priest who administered "penance" with a strap to the naked hindquarters of male and female parishoners alike up to the age of 21 while they were bent over a tall bench.
