Mornin to ye all, just wanted to pop in an say 'ello! I've got somethin for ye's... I thinks ye may like it. I don't 'ave a title for it yet, but if ye all might have any suggestions fer one, I'd be obliged to take 'em!
'There once was called a man.
One bright, one bold, one true.
Twas brave, twas strong,
Twas thought for long
A hero.
None like him; so few.
There once was called a creature.
Who reeked and tore and strew.
It was large, it was dark,
It’s lair so stark
None could enter into.
The man knew the creature,
The creature the man.
One and the same!
Twas an evil plan.
The gray of a man;
Jealous was he.
So he went into the lair.
He found the creature there.
So vast, so large,
The gray thought “nay”,
And dropped his charge.
But the creature awoke,
The vast one, the strong.
And with his claws,
He took the wrong!
And made it right.
With a snap!
The man saw the gray,
The creature the man.
And the latter did say
With a quirk to his mouth:
“Creature, you’re fair.
You’ve done in the slouth.”
And the man left the lair,
Leaving the creature alone;
The vast, the large,
He left him there,
And went home.'
