Chapter 2:Time passes
Ten seasons had passed since that lovely spring day.Gleeful Dibbuns ran about,shouting to one another.Only one dibbun did not participate in this sport.She napped beneath a sycamore tree.
"C'mon,Tanakees,wes 'o waida cishens!"Shouted out a young striped wildcat.
The foxwolf stood up,her black tunic brushing her legs gently."No thanks,Taya,I think I'll go home.See you tommorow."And with that she walked slowly home.
Her father was waiting for her there.He did not look pleased.
"Hello,Father."Tanaka smiled."What's the matter?"
Tailon sighed."Tanaka,it's you that's the current problem.You're always ready and willing to help.That just isn't our way.You never do the things a normal Dibbun does.You're always,well,coming home to take a nap.I watched Taya ask you.As soon as you left,she looked rather upset.Tanaka,Everyone keeps asking me why you're like this,why I don't make you go play,why I'm not strict with you.They think I'm losing my touch.Tanaka,if you don't start acting like the other Dibbuns,I'm afraid I'll have no choice but to cast you out of the village."And with that,the regal white wolf strode inside.
